It is designed to automatically recognize vehicles that are weighed in series and to carry out weighing operations without an operator. Since the system is controlled from a center, personnel errors are eliminated and the most reliable weighing data is obtained. The system can also transfer the weighing results to the common program used in the enterprise. In this way, production, stock control, and sales organization can be followed easily. Plate reading systems can be integrated together with remote reading technologies such as RF-ID, PROXIMITY, HGS for vehicle identification. The systems have options such as external display, barrier system, camera systems.

1-Tuna RF-ID TAG System (TAG-HGS)

The operating system of the system is provided with T-WIN Pro Truck Scale software. Thanks to the system being managed from the central computer, the vehicle entering from any scale can perform the exit operations from another scale in more than one scale application. The reader module, which enables the vehicle to be recognized by the system, is mounted on the weighing area with an RF-ID antenna and the tag is mounted on the vehicle. When the vehicle enters the scale, the vehicle is recognized by reading the code and information on the label before the driver gets off the vehicle, and the weighing operations are carried out quickly and safely. At the end of the weighing process, the weighing results of the vehicle are automatically recorded in the memory. In line with the customer's demand, the tare of the continuously weighed vehicles can be stored in memory in advance to provide a single-stage weighing opportunity, or in facilities with more than one scale, the scales can be separated as entry and exit scales, making traffic flow more efficient.

2-Tuna T-KIOSK-Card System (CARD)

It is an Automatic Vehicle Identification terminal that allows vehicles to be recognized by the system in applications such as automatic recognition of vehicles in facilities with heavy vehicle traffic and serial weighing, performing weighing operations without an operator, and multi-weigher weighing automation. In addition, the weighing room (hut) is not wanted to be used or the product code, etc. There is a model option that can meet the functional demands for the applications that need to be entered into the information. According to the application place and shape, the scale can be mounted in-out or in both directions. The most important and distinctive feature is that the driver can carry out weighing operations without getting out of the vehicle.

The tuna web-scale system takes the license plate or license plates of the vehicle (trailer may be separate) by checking the license plate reading cameras when the vehicle goes on the scale and exceeds the predetermined low weight value. If the weight stays above the low weight value for 3 seconds, the weighing is completed and the weight value and the license plate are saved in the local database. After being registered in the local database, weighing and plate values and, if desired, weighing pictures are transferred over the web service to be used. A communication panel and traffic lights can be added to the system to guide the driver that the system is weighing.

The system consists of T-WIN Pro Truck Scale software on the computer connected to the kiosk and truck scale. In the system where a contactless smart card is used, when the vehicle enters and exits the scale, the vehicle identification and weighing process are performed by having the driver read the card to the kiosk panel. At the end of the weighing process, the weighing results of the vehicle are automatically recorded in the memory. In line with the customer's request, the tare of the vehicles that are weighed continuously is stored in the memory in advance, thus providing a one-stage weighing opportunity.

3-Tuna Camera License Plate Recognition System (CAMERA)

The operating system of the system is provided with T-WIN Pro Truck Scale software. Thanks to the system being managed from the central computer, the vehicle entering from any scale can perform the exit operations from another scale in more than one scale application. The operation is ensured by reading the license plate with the reader camera, which enables the vehicle to be recognized by the system. When the vehicle enters the scale, the vehicle is recognized by reading the license plate without the driver getting out of the vehicle, and the weighing operations are carried out quickly and safely.
