Tuna SB digital load cells are high-precision load cells designed for use in platform scales, pallet truck scales and other automation applications. With its nipple-coated body, it can work easily in difficult environmental conditions for many years. It is produced from stainless steel as an option. It can be used safely even in the toughest industrial environments with its leakproof and IP68 protection class stainless steel structures and stainless steel bottom and top mounting kits that provide ideal load transfer of the pressure force.
Unlike analog load cells, Tuna SB digital load cells eliminate errors caused by analog circuits such as temperature, voltage changes, electromagnetic effects. In the event of a possible load cell failure in the system, the weighing is prevented and the related error code is directed, allowing the technical personnel to analyze the accuracy of the weighing system easily and quickly.
In addition, Tuna SB digital load cells have product features that will enable direct operation in non-commercial weighing applications, after a possible defective load cell replacement, without the need for recalibration adjustment.
