This means saving at least 160 minutes of personnel time for a calibration to the ISO 376 standard.

Saving the measurement results because they are taken to the computer or collecting photographs will provide the convenience of accessing the raw data continuously.

The time to turn measurement results into certificates will also be shortened. The certificate of the calibrated device will be ready at the same time as the measurement results collected in the same format are transferred to the appropriate certificate file.

According to the changing calibration methods, its use will be able to create a new procedure and it will be able to easily prepare the appropriate procedure for method change without the need for a manufacturer.

The system communicates with the PC via Ethernet and with the display unit via a serial port or an appropriate communication port. The software can record the collected data in a format suitable for viewing in Excel and display the relevant record.

Other Features:


In the calculations made according to the steps defined in the EU R0 M ET CG-4 document for Tuna branded machines, the total expanded uncertainty was calculated as 0.12%. For a 05 class load cell, the desired combined uncertainty maximum 0.16% dyn, therefore the total uncertainty of the system is sufficient to calibrate 0.5 class load cell, however; In EU R0MET CG-4 and ISO 376 documents, since the uncertain league of the machine applying a force is required to be less than 0.02%, class 05 certificate cannot be issued because it gives at least 0.03% uncertainty to 00 class loadcels used as reference in primary level laboratories.


The results defined above are valid with the Configuration of Ehil Teknik Firm. The reference force transducers and reader indicators used by the customer on the machine may cause changes in the results. The capability of the hydraulic unit was realized at Ehil Teknik facilities with 00 class HBM force converters, HBM MGC plus and Quantum X reader indicators and Tuna branded calibration system.
