Tuna SDM Liquid Filling Machines are designed to make precise fillings with stainless steel accumulation hopper, solid chassis-reinforcement, Tuna NZL - nozzle double stage. Standard tin, drum, and similar liquid fillings result in 1/1000 precision. It is user-oriented with internal and bottom filling options. Filling from 10 kg to 60 kg and above is done precisely in a can and can fillings.
The desired height adjustment can be made with the manual - automatic flywheel arm - adjustment unit. With the double stage-stainless Tuna NZL-nozzle unit, the serial filling is carried out quickly and precisely. Tuna SDM1 (single), Tuna SDM2 (double), Tuna SDM3 (triple), Tuna SDM (quadruple) options are available.
It has extensive reporting and monitoring capability with a 7 '' HMI panel. (Filling number, Total Filling, User ...)
The Tuna SDM Liquid Filling Machine line can be integrated with automatic - manual, foil and lid closing options.
